This plan was designed for someone with little to no triathlon experience (< 3 races). Plan consists of 5 days of workouts per week with some double workout days near the end of the plan. The plan has 2 final weeks included to accommodate for a Saturday or Sunday race.

The plan covers a race distance ranging from 400-750m Swim, 10-15mile Bike, and 2-4mile Run.
