This plan was designed for someone with some triathlon experience but is new to the half ironman distance. The plan consists of 5 days of workouts per week with some double workout days near the end of the plan. The plan has 2 final weeks included to accommodate for a Saturday or Sunday race.

The plan covers a standard Half Ironman Distance race of a 1.2mile Swim, 56mile Bike, and 13.1mile Run.
